Solaris Medical endorses
and supports a company wide culture of compliance
in all of our operations. The primary goal is to collect on behalf of our
clients the full contracted reimbursement for patient care services, while
maintaining a high level of compliance in all aspects outlined by HIPAA and
the OIG (Office of Inspector General) guidelines for a compliance program.
We follow through with these guidelines of compliance in our confidentiality
standards, medical coding, education and training, and proprietary
safeguards. Our code of conduct adheres to our highest standards and is
updated on a regular basis, maintaining the highest level of current
regulations. Our company compliance officer continually regulates and
monitors all risk areas to maintain this standard.
